I'm sorry to announce that I have a few corrections to the pattern packet.  I read this pattern quite a few times, even soliciting the help of a friends.  However, we are only human.  I actually found the mistakes as I was remaking the patterns in different color ways.  If you need additional instructions please email me.

13 Cut into 31 each 2.5" by 12.5" strips. Cut into 31 each 2.5" by 15.5" strips.
14 Center Strips, Total to Cut = 5 Total to Cut = 8 (photo shows 5 but should be 8)
14 Border 2, Total to Cut = 10 Total to Cut = 20
14 Border 4, Total to Cut = 10 Total to Cut = 20
14 Lay out your 5 center strips... Lay out your 8 center strips...
